Our Story
A new Ancaster roadhouse built on fire, friendship, and the belief that great barbecue brings people together.
Our story began in January 2026, when six partners with years of restaurant experience came together with one vision: create a place that feels real, welcoming, and rooted in community. Around a fall firepit, we agreed Ancaster was ready for something handcrafted, heartfelt, and built to last.
The Forge is led by a team with deep experience and even deeper passion:
